My experiences with Jc Inspections have always been pleasant and troublefree. I find them to be convenient and flexible with scheduling, competitively priced, and above all honest ethical workmanship. Obtaining a print out of the inspection (on-site) is most convenient for both the Realtor and customer. I find that they also are multi-faceted with their ability to do more than just a routine inspection but provide Radon and mold testing. I can honestly say that every time I have called for an inspection, there is always a friendly person (Joy) to schedule, no annoying voice mails or " I can be paged" sort of answer. That is a refreshing change in the world of Real Estate. I have personally worked with JC Home Inspections for over four years and will continue to recommend their services.

I have been using JC Home Inspections ever since I started in Real Estate in
Tampa. I know how difficult it can be to coordinate the various aspects
that go into the closing preparations, but John makes the Home Inspection
easy. I have always been able to make an appointment that was convenient
for my client and John always makes the inspection informative. The
convenience of being able to have a termite inspection at the same time is
also very helpful as well as quite entertaining when "John & Ron" get
